Electronic Vouchers - Available when the Reservations > Vouchers application function and the Reservations > Electronic Vouchers application parameter are set to Y. Online Checkin - Available when Kiosk or MyStayManager are available, use this option for sending a check in email to the hotel staff that have been configured in the Kiosk > Checkin Email Recipients application setting. The OVOS option is available when the OPO_ OPERA Vacation Ownership license is active.
OVOS - For unit-owner communications such as owner statements. The body and subject of emails can be customized when the delivery method is configured as NON HTML (HTML Delivery option is not selected). OWS - For sending email or fax to web user accounts when they enroll into a new membership program. Available when the General > Text Message Handling application function is set to Y. The Lead configuration option will only be available when the OPF_ OPERA Sales Force Administration license is active. Available when the Reservations > Alerts application function is set to Y. General - For reports, profile requests, and other miscellaneous documents. Confirmation - For confirmation letters. The Other Folios delivery method is available when any of the following Cashiering application functions or parameters are active: Other Folios - For AR invoices, statements, and reminder letters and for passerby, Post It, and credit bill folios. The same screen, with some variations, is used for the following purposes: Select Configuration > Property > Delivery Method and choose a type of configuration to display the Delivery Method Maintenance screen. The Delivery Method Maintenance screen is used to configure email, fax, text, and SFTP (for Scheduled Reports) specifications for delivery and distribution of various OPERA reports and documents.
